WindSpeed can assist you with any of the following areas of endurance training expertise: swimming, cycling, running, sports psychology, nutrition, sport-specific strength & flexibility, sport-specific equipment, racing strategy, exercise physiology, training plans, race selection, injury prevention, recovery, and goal-setting.
WindSpeed offers three different types of services: Partnership Training, Phone / E-mail Consults, and Performance Clinics. These different services allow athletes to get as much endurance training coaching as they like. They also vary in degree of commitment and they allow you to spend your hard-earned money selectively.
