So you're ready to become a WindSpeed Partner Athlete!

Your WindSpeed training program will be designed to achieve all of the agreed upon objectives, but we will only take it one month at a time. After each month of training, we'll need to discuss your training outcomes and address concerns/questions before we can look ahead to the next phase. As your coach, WindSpeed will keep an eye on the big picture, but planning workouts for the distant future is futile because things always change!

WindSpeed's systematic, structured, and personalized training plans will make your dreams of becoming the very best endurance athlete that you can be come true.

Let's get started! Please complete the following six steps to file your formal application.

Step 1 of 6: Select a Partnership Training Plan:

As a WindSpeed Partner Athlete you get: initial assessment, goal-setting sessions, training plan updates every 4 weeks, strength training regiments, unlimited phone & e-mail consults, and a 1-hour in-person clinic every 4 weeks. An ideal option for athletes in the Triangle area!



  • Level 1: 4-week training period
  • Level 2: 12-week training period (ex. offseason, pre-season, competition season, or transition)
  • Level 3: 12-month training period (the entire training macrocyle!)
