Motivation is a reason or incentive for someone to act. People who do not want to act is often referred to lack motivation. Reason or encouragement can come from outside and from within. Actually, basically all the motivation that comes from within, external trigger just such motivation. Motivation from the outside is the motivation that triggers come from outside ourselves. While the motivation is the motivation of the initiative came from us.   Do you have the motivation provided by the person who you love? such as father, mother, or your lover? a motivation will give spirit of ourselves. That spirit that will make us successful and confident in dealing with difficult things in your life. I’ve given material self-motivation in an event that is seatwave V festival. The motivation is to encourage me to open a business. Efforts to develop and become a better person again. And finally these efforts succeed.
